Bedales School

Weekly Feldenkrais classes are offered to drama students in the senior school at Bedales. The experiential way of teaching the The Feldenkrais Method ^® sits well with the ethos of the school: “educating head, heart and hand “. Students are keen to apply what they learn to their performance work and also to have time during the week when they can focus in on themselves and "de-stress".
 
It isn’t only for the body but the mind as well! I feel as if I’ve been in a Buddhist monastery for 10 months after one lesson! 6th form drama student.
