Named after its creator, Moshe Feldenkrais, The Feldenkrais Method® is a way of learning about yourself through attention to the way you move. Active curiosity and mindfulness about the body's smallest movements can have far-reaching and dramatic results.
As well as classes, workshops and private sessions for the general public in Sussex, Rebecca teaches programmes in schools and colleges for performers, and works with professional singers and instrumentalists in the UK and Europe.
